Winter Weather Workout Tips

As the temperature drops, it’s easy to use the colder weather as an excuse to stay inside under a blanket on the couch. Here are some workout suggestions to keep your body warm and your spirits high this winter:

Dumbbells, kettlebells, a stability ball, and a jump rope are all easy-to-use items, and can be stored in a hallway closet or even under your bed!
